Home based full-time employment might work, too. As performance is based on output not on physical attendance or hours in the office, you have the most flexible time for your work as long as you meet the deadline for your outputs.

It is also beneficial both ways as your employer doesn't have to provide you physical space in the office or have someone monitor your attendance, you just need to measure up to the agreed outputs expected from you.
