What could be the emotional effects after falling from a short ladder, and then the big vac fell about 8 feet on his head. Could this brain injury increase anxiety and obcessive thinking?

A brain injury may have many different side effects.  The only way to really find out is to get a thorough exam from qualified medical personell.  You won't get any valid answer other than this one on any Q & A forum.
