EMG Results please help!

I've received my EMG results and the dr. never read my my results. I was wondering if someone could please help me understand my results. The impression says: abnormal study

1. bilateral lumbar radiculopathy affecting the L5 nerve roots.

2. there is evidence of a diffuse distal sensor peripheral neuropathy affecting the distal fibers of the medial plantar, superficial peroneal and sural sensory nerves.

it also says muscles with evidence of denervation potentials: Lumbar Paraspinals (+1 on the left) and the Tibialis Anterior (+1/+1)

u have nerve damage dumbass, u need to see your neuologist.
