Email problem -- When I send an email to a receiver on MSN it shows that it was sent in my sent file but the receiver does not receive it.  Would that be a problem on my end or the receiver's.  Neither have this problem with anyone else

It could be something as simple as you are misspelling, miswriting the address. Are you placing a [ , ] commor or [ . ] period ?? I make that mistake all the time. Did you put *name.coN or *name.coM ?? I make that mistake all the time. Is the person that you are sending to mail box " FULL ".? Did the person " block " you without knowing it ?
