Have you checked your old email? Have you checked your deleted? If your new email has been going into your old email, check each box, and click on "Keep as new". That will bring your current mail into your new email. In the deleted mail, you need to check restore, if I remember correctly. If this is the case, let AOL know the problem. (Maybe they are aware from this question you have asked.) Periodically, my new email goes into my old email--the date will show. It will not be in bold type. Hope this helps.
