You can use an imap service to be able to view your emails.  Set up aol in Outlook or any other program that has IMAP and you can use your mail until they fix the webmail issue. 

Incoming server: imap.aol.com

outgoing server: smtp.aol.com

Why isn't the e-mail working ?

That's sort of like asking why the sun never shines at the North Pole in the winter. This is the umpteenth time I have had this problem. I am missing many important e-mails and most likely losing clients and business because of this.

Maybe if aol didn't allow so many ads and related money-makers that slow things down to a crawl, we would have less problems than we do. I now have g.mail and have never, ever had any problems not getting my mail for the 4 months I have subscribed to it. I am weaning myself off of aol e-mail slowly, and hopefully, one fine day oin the future, I can dump this disgustingly-unresponsive service once and for all.

Please let me know which AOL product you are using i.e. AOL webmail (http://mail.aol.com) or AOL Client (please mention the client version).

 

Also please let me know the following details.

  • Screen name in which you are facing this issue.
  • From when are you facing this issue.
  • Time zone e.g. EST / IST etc…
  • Screen shot of the issue.

Steps to take screen shot (Windows OS)

· Go to the page in which you have issue. 
· Click on 'Print Scrn' button from the keyboard. 
· Click on 'Start' button from your computer 
· Click on 'Run' 
· Type 'mspaint' and press 'Enter' key from your keyboard. 
· Press 'Ctrl' button and press 'V' from the keyboard 
· Click on 'File' from the menu and click on 'Save' 
· Click on 'Save' button from the pop up 
  
Steps to take screen shot (MAC OS) Press Shift + Command + 3 from your keyboard. You can see the screen shot file on your 'Desktop'

Arise Awake Stop Not Till The Goal Is Reached
