My email to many email adresses in it

everytime i get email it is put in my address book i dont want that done

If you have AOL mail, open your mailbox and click on the MAIL OPTIONS button in the upper right corner. Then select and click ADDRESS BOOK, then click ADDRESS BOOK OPTIONS in the upper middle section, then click ADDRESS BOOK SETTINGS and uncheck the selection!

Do you mean that the e-mail "address" gets added to your address book? If so, go to mail in the tool bar, then click your address book, then click on address book options. There is a box there that is for automatically adding these to your address book. Make sure that is unchecked and then save settings. If your whole e-mail is getting added to your address book, this won't help, and you might have to contact AOL.
