you cant, printers doesnt have this function

Look at your printer very closely ...you should see an email button on it somewhere. Once you find it press 'Send'...

How do I have AOL 9.7 email download attachments without asking for file

It will ask for file location. You can't prevent that. You might put the downloads in a Pictures folder, or Documents, or Downloads. The next time it will display the same folder you last chose, so you may be able to just click OK. But maybe you want to separate Mary's pictures from Jill's.
