Why has my email account been cancelled. When I sign it the response is Error 11: your account has been cancelled. I use it several times a day so why has this happened?

Please let me know which AOL product you are using i.e. AOL webmail (http://mail.aol.com) or AOL Client (please mention the client version).

 Also please let me know the following details.

  • Screen name in which you are facing this issue.
  • From when are you facing this issue.
  • Time zone e.g. EST / IST etc?

my screen name is cathchattie, I have not been able to access aol mail since yesterday morning and I am in the UK.

I just got this error too when trying to log on. EST 3:00 am , account "todt68" with mail.com. and "mowing" with mail.com
