Email fail...

I Have been trying to send an email to the following address:  inthepitwithrrp@aol.com and keep getting this message: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     inthepitwithrrp@aol.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain aol.com by mailin-02.mx.aol.com.[64.12.137.162].

The error that the other server returned was:
521 5.2.1 :  (HVU:B2) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554hvub2.html

It is from Rowdy Roddy Piper's website: http://rowdyroddypiper.com

I need to get in touch with him for a business proposition, how can I get my email to him?
