The most common way to do it is to use your first name. So if your name is 'albert d'souza.' you could use 'albert@email.biz'. Also, first initial and last name works, 'albert@email.biz'. Some people like to use their initials 'gh@albert@email.biz'. You can also use a nickname or word that you like. 'TheRock@email.biz', 'Bigcat@email.biz' or whatever fits your personality.
