JR, you will have to get your answer from your local county gov't. and additionally you will have to meet the National Electrical Code for your installation.  Basically, you will have to have installed all the cable, boxes, etc. that will be covered by the walls and also some cable protection plates where the cable is routed to protect it from nails and sheet rock screws.  This is basic, but your local code will be happy to guide you.  You will be required to get a local "rough-in" permit.

The pocket door is the one inside and on your power panel.  If it is new you will have to fill out the card; and, if I were you, I would acurately label each breaker for future reference for you or a contractor.  This is the most neglected item by all.  If you are asking how to hook up your 3-way switches, you may phone me on my cell phone w/pencil & paper ready and I will tell you everything you need for the installation.  Have a Great Da;y!!
