Please refer to the National Electrical Code.  Your question can't be answered as is.  You need to know how many inlets/outlets and depth of box are involved.  I have probably run into more code violations regarding industrial applications than any other type.  The reason is simple,  over the years more and more circuits are routed through this same box as a convenience to routing with no attention paid to fill.
