Why won't the heater/ air conditioner fan on my ford escort blow at high speeds? We replaced fan, checked fuses and replaced interior switch.  Still high is at the same speed as low.  We did find the intake full of leaves and we cleaned it out.  Any ideas?

Test your air conditioner fan by using electrical tester . This will allow you to know where the problem started and if your device will still work after.
