maybe get a shock collar and try it that way when it goes to the fence shock it

i think he already has a shock collar, it is red and has a battery in it, it beeps before he gets to the fence, however when he sees a bird or any other distraction he runs like a bat out of hell right through the fence, i think he has figured it out that if he is going full blast he will not feel the shock as much
