If I personally were to sugest reevaluation of a student, I would compare previous test results and previous and current work to determine where the actual performance level is. If the results were to far off I would suggest retesting with total montering. Some students at every existing placement level will test far below or far above their current placement; because their test taking skills influence who they are.
