Start by deciding what you want. What things do you want? What experiences do you want to have? Put them down on paper. Then choose one, set a deadline when you want to accomplish it, and begin taking action on that goal.

I think you first need to establish what you want in life and develop a plan from there. what is your life purpose that God wants you to do? Many people I've mentored tell me that want to start their own business and make all the money they can to be more organized etc, are very unrealistic because you must create specific goals-SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) goals that are broken down into short and long term goals that will help you with your objectives in life.
A) Prioritize those tasks that you must do now from those tasks that can be pushed back later in the day or in the week.
b) Develop an action plan. For example if your goal for example is to increase your quarterly sales by 15% over last quarter, then your action steps would be:
a) Increase my contact rate by x% over the next 90 days so I am on track for making the goal by an increase of 15%
b) Increase your e-mail marketing campaing or direct mail by x% etc
c) Hold yourself accountable
