Identify successful attributes of a creative Early Childhood Care Professional.

A creative early childhood professional should always think "outside the box".  There should never be any rexo sheets and children should be encouraged to do things on their own, with guidance, but not with adult interference.  If they want to paint the sky red, so be it.  There should be structure of course, but also enough flexibility for each child to express him/herself in their own way, through play and socialization.
