Why dose my litle girl pee like a boy, And is it ok ?????

Maybe she has a problem sitting on the toilet. But heck, let her pee however she wants. Kids do lots of strange things. They generally grow out of it.

I assume by peeing like a boy, you mean she stands to pee? You don't say how old she is, but I assume she is toilet trained, or are you in the process of toilet training?  When children are young, they simply pee whenever the urge is there, so standing, squatting, sitting, makes no difference. They only learn to sit on a potty or toilet because we teach them. So in actual fact it is natural to stand or squat. We teach our kids to sit  on the toilet, or for boys to point and hopefully aim, simply because that is our cultural norm. Many cultures teach boys to squat also, so there is certainly nothing wrong with your daughter. The main issue with girls standing, is that it is harder to aim, so they are more likely to get in a mess. If your little girl is just learning to use a potty or toilet, then I would just let her do what is easiest, because at present you are wanting her to get control and become aware of when she wants to go to the toilet. Then later on you can encourage her to sit, like she would need to for a poo, but so long as the pee is getting in the potty or toilet, it really doesn't matter.

When you think about it, boys have an advantage in being able to pee against a tree, or behind a bush, where it is a bit more complicated for us girls when we get caught short!
