Sounds like something you should let a skin doctor look at. It doesn't have to be eczema and seeing a doctor will help make a quick diagnosis and will enable you to get the treatment you need. 

Sounds like poison ivy.

It sounds like eczema to me. See, the skin is the biggest single organ and it tends to act strange to both inner and outer impacts. Therefore, the dermatology is probably one of the most obscure branches of medical science.

I suggest you should try and treat eczema with corticosteroid balms. It will help at least when it comes to the terrible itch.

it sounds like exzema to me , i have the same problem with it flaring on my fingers i genually get in under my wedding ring as it gets hot and sweaty under there , since i was younger i have been allergic to cheap jewelry i cannot wear any type of jewlery on me anywhere unless it is gold or silver as this tends to flare my exema up really badly with the exact symptoms you explained , maybe you have the same problem ??
