8 Med Strawberries (Simeon's protocol)=~32 calories, 7.2 carbs, 4.8 sugars, .8g protein.
1/2 cup of whole raspberries= 32 cal, 7.35 carbs, 2.7 sugars, 1.5g protein.
The added carbs must be digestible vice sugar therefore I can see no harm if you use 1/2 cup.We have the knowledge and tools but be careful when substituting. I used the entire nutrition info for a comparison. The 2 are very close plus we now know that raspberries are much better for you nutritionally(they contain antioxidants) and aid in weight loss.
