Easiest way to record my world travels on paper. I want to be able to add to it, as I am still traveling! At the same time I want to record my steps.

You can get a small digital tape recorder that you can use and transcribe later, and if you have a loose leaf journal you could add pages and keep current.

Why don't you keep your daily experience in a personal dairy..

if you want to maintain your travel records on paper then you can be little organised with paper also. You can make rows and columns on a piece of paper, also giving specific columns names such as:- date of journey, date of return, travel by, places visited etc. this would help you  to keep records of your travelling  and also one can add records as and when required.
