My e-mail acc is blocked due to

My e-mail acc is blocked due to "unusual activities". I can not reactivate it and change my password, as the only security option available is "alternative e-mail adress" and this alternative e-mail adress is not valid anymore since long. As I am in Germany there is no support available :( Please can anyone help ? Sabine
