Dyfs enrolls me into an IOP course, even though I am a social drinker.

Why can dfys make you go into an alcohol treatment program?  I had a dwi, but passed my breatalizer.  I had been using an herbal supplement that did not list may have difficulty driving.  You are charged with under the influence with any consumption that causes impairment my daughter was in the car and therefore dfys was called.  Now I have to take an 8 week IOP course.

I don't drink sometimes for months at a time.  Have never been to a bar in my life and when I do drink it's at social gatherings.
