There are 2 methods to play different regions DVD on your computer:
1. Change the region code setting of your computer.
You just have 5 chances to change the region code.
2. There is also an better method with using External Drive.
To use the External Hard Drive, you do not need changing the region codes, most important, you can backup your favorite DVD easily.

You may refer to this guide, it will teach you how to copy DVD to another DVD, you can change the region during the copying process.
