I am a florida resident and have 3 dui's. 1 breath, 2 refusals. Sadly me or my lawer did not notice that things where worse when you have 3 in 10 years, was only a day inside that. I have compleated everything, none where accident involved and i havent drove in 4 years. The only prob i have is a 10 year revocation from dmv. My question is if it is possible to get a license in another state seeing that florida has worse conditions than other's or dose dmv have an iron fist on things. If i moved maby, anyways just courious only 6 to go. Ty for any input.
When you move to another state and apply for a DL you will have to fill out an application with a question regarding whether you've been liscensed in another state. If you are willing to falsify the application by saying no, check the penalties before you sign it. As inconvient as your current situation is, it could be much worse by doing what you are thinking. I hope you decide against this course of action.
You can go to a few other states if you have no violations in the past 12 months. One of these states happens to be Colorado. You would be able to get a license there if you are a resident and employed in that state. You would not be eligible to drive in the state that revoked you. If you are in Florida and you are revoked then you would be treated just as if you were driving with no valid drivers license after supension or revocation which can catch you some jail time so please don't do that. You can however drive legally in 49 other states. Go to http://floridadriverslicenserevocation.talkspotblogs.com/ and leave your comments. I can provide you with the Colorado attorney info.

it depends on the state. most states have agreements to share info, but some states dont bother. You have a better chance to get a new lawyer, if you were literally within 1 day of 10 years, im sure a better lawyer could get your suspension reduced.
