There is a fair bit of cross reactivity with amphetamines when using the standard immunoassays, but standard chromatographic procedures can separate these two.

MDMA is not tested specifically for in the standard urine drug tests. However, MDMA users do test positive for amphetamines (the two drugs are chemically similar). Many tablets of street ecstasy are not pure MDMA and frequently include amphetamines or ephedrine, which will show up in a test. MDMA is usually detectable in urine for 24-72 hours after use.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing well.
