My former boss who is still a heavy guy at my company made a remark about me smoking to much pot ( because i had a problem remembering a question that was going to ask him). Which is hurtful and mean spirited especially since i quit smoking 5 years ago and it was a a sad self medicating time in my life. Im 33 years old should i quit the job or confont him. How would you handle this if someone is constantly rude or jerky i've reached my limit... THANKS! Innocent

If you want to keep your job, just tell him in a nice way that you don't do drugs anymore.  It's not easy to get jobs nowadays.  So try to be patient and tolerant for your own sake.  You are going to be replaced so easily with so many people unemployed.

Be honest and be true to yourself.
