I think, No treatment or drug recovery program gives 100% guarantee. They try to heal your addiction at their best level, but only if person is fully mentally prepare, extremely self motivated and have strong will power. They only help by providing healthy environment and proper medication. So before joining any rehab center prepare yourself.
