my license is permantly revoked, not for dwi but for unpaid traffic violations now i have taken care of those but in the mean time have recieved driveing on revoked so they are permanantly revoked now and have to wait 3 years for hearing to get reinstated. is there any way to get restricted license to drive back and forth to work in North Carolina. any help is greatly apreciated

Sounds like you did the crime. You'll almost certainly have to pay the price. Driving on the revoked was not a smart thing to do. 

Better start looking into car pooling or bus lines. 

GIVE a man a fish and you feed him for a day. TEACH a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. SADLY, most fishermen are afraid to touch the worm.
