In order to draw school girl outfits, you'll probably need some reference pictures of what you have in mind. I recommend googling it or heading to www.deviantart.com to search for some.

Then sketch out some guidelines for your clothes, depending on how realistic or cartoon you want to draw, the amount of detail will differ. Pay attention to the folds as well!

Once you're happy with your sketch, you can go over it with a darker line. That way it'll save time on erasing. Hope this helps! =)
