my 10 days old child has a blocked eye draft. Her uper eye is slightly swallen and red. Is a massage in ther corner of her eye enough to solve the problem?

That depends. Sometimes it's enough and somtimes it isn't. You need to pay attention to this problem. If it doesn't resolve itself by massage you'll need to go back to your doctor.
