The last I saw of Phil was at ORTEC in radioisotope work.  He was doing well then but he was not happy there.  Too much pressure and not enough science.  He may still be around but knowing Phil he will have found greener pastures. 

Think it through, work the problem, never guess, sharpen your intuition.
