Download recent new release movie, web site charges pay per download.

what movie download web sites pay plans are pay per movie download  for recent released movies now out of theaters? instead of being charged all at once for 1 year plans etc  Just want to download one movie at this moment may not download another movie for month or months.. Example: I like this current movie came out in theaters last early month. and gone now, online movie plan web site I went to says $2.99 per movie $29.99 for 1 year which they want the $29.99 now prior to doing anything else.  I looking for download a movie pay per . be it 3.00 etc for that movie. Anyone know of web sites that have plans online like this and have recenlty in theaters ?

I'm not familiar with any plans like this. I know that Netflix allows you to rent dvds as well as offers many movies online to watch.

I am not downloading movies with payment.  There's a lot of movie download website which is free of charge per download.
