LG Optimus elite have a USB support so you can connect it with PC and download music from PC to LG Optimus or LG optimus to PC..

If you want to download songs from internet by using your LG phone in computer then you have to install PC suite in your computer then you have to connect your phone to Computer via data cable.

Now you have to create a profile for net connection as per your service provider and then you will be able to use internet in your computer through your mobile.

Note:- Please ensure that you are already subscribed to any data plans before doing this otherwise at the end of month you will be shock after seeing your data bill. Laughing
