In my case I had better donate it to science fiction.
For a University to want your mortal remains you should suffer from a disease they wish to study. They will want your medical records back to the date of diagnosis and an "advance directive" in your will to assure that the instant you leave your body they can have it relatively intact.
Other times they will accept your mortal remains as a courtesy for anatomical study and then place them in a coffin or crematory for dignified disposal, usually the latter.
Either way contact the nearest medical school and they will begin the lengthy process.
