Why dogs fight with sick dog

I think it depends on the order of the pack members and if you look at dogs from an ancestral view, it is possible they wish the weak member out of the pack. I know that sounds cruel but it may be a survival instinct still with them.

I'll second the fact the dog should see the vet. There can be many causes of diarrhea. Some need to be treated more aggressively than others. Best to find out what is causing the diarrhea and have it treated properly.
