Stay away from them, first of all.  Most dogs will bite reflexively when fighting.  If the fight is outdoors, a stream of cold water from a garden hose will often break them up. A bucket or two of cold water might help, if there isn't a hose handy.  If it's indoors, try throwing an old blanket or quilt over them.  The sudden loss of light will sometimes cause them to quit.

Try pouring water over fighting dogs to break their fight and get rid of it soon.
