When accessing through a web browser, the spell check can not accept new words. Using the AOL software gives you this ability.
What I was specifically referring to was adding our business name as a signature. We have changed our business name and I have an old aol account accessed through a web browser and that lets me add our business name to the email, however, on my new aol account - it will not let me add the signature to the end of the email under settings, compose, signature. It appears correct when I enter it, yet in the email it appears with a + sign in the middle of our business name. Any other thoughts???
Can you let me know what the exact text you enter in the Settings page so I can test this?
