I am amazed at the amount of people in the barnstable county area, who are living in foreclosed homes for free. This is a crime. Unpaid mortgage bills for almost 2 years. Somebody has to do something about this matter.

I am hearing that dlj mortage capital is in alot of lawsuits they are our investor being serviced by wells fargo.  We have submitted a loan modification 11/26/2008 its up o them and have not heard back yet the foreclosure still goes on have contacted all parties accept dlj as no info will be given to us even though we have paid them $ 90,000.00 in interest in the last 18years. We paid 46,000.00 and now with atty's fees still owe 34,000.00  please somebody help i do not want to be on the streets
