What does it mean when your window air conditioner is blowing out a white visible mist, but the air is still cold. Should i be concerned.

Yes, I would be concerned, something must be leaking.

you have a small leak that is coming out as a vapor.... get it checked, depending on the a/c unit it won't stay cool for long
