Most likely, nothing.

Most states have switched to 'no-fault' divorce, which means that grounds are no longer needed.

Additionally, the Court will usually not take the cause of the divorce into effect when determining spousal or child support (or any other issue over which it has jurisdiction).

The Court doesn't care why you split up, it just wants to make sure that the laws are followed and the two of you can reach consensus on division of assets and debts.

Who did what to whom no longer enters into the equation.
