Dimmable CFL R20 bulbs experiance

Does anyone have any experience with good working dimmable CFL bulbs?  I am looking at replacing 8 R20 incandescent with energy saves and would like to use a reputable CFL if possible.  Any recommendations and type of dimmer switch used is very appreciated.
