This is still not the Psychic Hotline and we still need information to give you an answer. Where is the pain? Lower back? Middle of your back? Upper part of your back? Which side? Left? Right? Middle? Is it a continuous pain or does it come and go?

Without any information, you could have anything from a bulging disc to a cracked rib to a kidney stone to any number of things.

The intervertebral discs, spinal facet joints, ligaments and muscles are some of the potential sources of the mechanical back pain, which is caused by the injured or damaged tissues. This type of pain is basically transmitted by your nervous system. Once the nervous system of your body is injured or damaged, it will start generating some sort of pain itself. This will gradually lead to the production of the neuropathic pain. Usual diagnoses for this type of pain are phantom pain, post-shingles pain, diabetic neuropathy pain and nerve root damage pain. Most of the patients suffer badly due to the unpleasant pain caused by the nervous system. This type of back discomfort is pretty hard to treat. Therefore, if you are experiencing any type of discomfort in your back or body, it is very important to consult a good physician and find the right type of treatment to get rid of the problem.
