Korean and Filipino Hair

I am a real person doing an investigation and must keep anonymous. I need to know if there is any test which can differentiate a difference in the make up of the human hair of a Filipino and a Korean. I know that by looking at it one may be able to but I need to know if there are scientific or forensic means which can show this and if so, what kind of test would determine this? What is the name of the test that will hold up in a court of law? What ios the difference between the two.

yes when they look under the microscope the hair denisty is different

If you have the roots of the hair you can subject it to genetic analysis and there should be some variance in haplogroups................
