1 Tb (reads: One tera byte) = 1,000 Gb   (reads:  Giga bytes).
1 Gb = 1,024 Mb   (reads: Mega Bytes)
1 TB = 1,024,000 Mb
The difference between 1 TB and 750 Mb is thus:
1,024,000 - 750 = 1,023,250 [Mb]

The proper abbreviation is MB for megabytes and GB for gigabytes.  Memory modules come in powers of 2 so 1 TB = 1024 GB = 1048576 MB.  Disk drives, on the other hand, are usually quoted in decimal because it makes the number bigger.  So 1 TB = 1000 GB = 1000000 MB.
