There is no safe way to lose weight fast, it is a gradual change that must be worked at. Anything that claims to make you lose weight too quickly is either lying or dangerous or both.
I recommend you implement a change in your diet, make portions smaller and try to eat more fruit and veg with each meal. Try to fit a good amount of exercise in each week, try something tame like aerboic to start with and slowly work up to more strenuous exercises over time.
If you want to speed up your weight loss try a natural weight loss aid like proactol or lipobin, these products are made from natural ingrediants and simply help reduce food cravings and body dfat intake from your current diet.
there is no "quick fix" for weight loss. talk with your doc, see a registered dietitian, make lifestyle changes, behavior modifications, eat a heart healthy/high fiber diet, and EXERCISE.
there are no "natural" weight loss aids. do not buy in to the billion dollar weight loss industry bull...none of those products are regulated through the FDA.

How fast are we talking about? I don't know if you can lose 20 fast and healthily, but you could probably drop 10 in 4 weeks. If you switch to drinking ONLY water, and have AT LEAST 8, 8oz glasses a day, you will probably lose 3-5 in water weight. Also, usually if you make a cut from your diet, your body will make some changes. Give up cheese for a while or maybe meat?? Good luck.
South Beach diet is the fastest way I know. Lean proteins, lots of veggies, LOTS of water, and cardio for at least 1/2 hour 6 days a week. I lost 20 lbs pretty quickly. (within 2 months) which is quick, but healthy.
Low carbs (about 70grms a day) did it for me. I have lost 23 lbs in two months.
I lost 40 lbs very fast with the Nutri-System diet. It is expensive, but it is worth it. I never felt hungry, but my wallet did!!! Seriously, I talked to my Dr. and he watched me for the month that it took. He thought it was great! I highly recommend it. Other than that, it is all about lots of fruits, vedgetables, water, exercise, and portion control. Good Luck!!!
