No, there is no diet pill out there that really works.
Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet. If you are looking to make the change, I'd suggest reading a great article called Lifestyle Changes, Not Diets, Are Key To Losing Weight that was published on Medical News Today. I think it really sums up the important aspects that most people need to change to successfully lose weight and keep it off. The three points I spend extra time focusing on are portion control, drinking lots of water and making exercise a part of my daily routine (even if it means taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking my car further from the entrance of a store/restaurant).I hope this helps.
There is no magical weight loss pill that will make pounds disappear but there are some weight loss pill s that help supplement your weight loss methods and can accelerate the speed at which you lose weight.
diet pill is not good into our body because it damage your liver and kidney and other irritations into our body.
The only diet pill that i have ever seen work is the Phentermine 37.5. I have tried every diet med. over the counter, and i even asked the pharm. at walgreens if there was anything over the counter that works as well as phentermine , and she told me to not waste my time or money because none of them work. BUT, as soon as i stopped taking them i started gaining the weight back. You have to get these from a dr. though. But be careful!!!! Some of them will rip you off to no end! Thank god i finally found the only Dr. that didn't lie to me and charge an arm and a leg.... I still haven't changed my eating habits, shame on me!
It is a diet pill but it is really works. Try 3 Ballerina Tea Extra Strength Dieters Drink. All Natural herbal dietary supplement, no preservative. Made of Malva verticellata (Chinese Mallow) and Cassia Angustifolia (Senna). I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks drinking one cup of tea after every meal. I recommend this product to anyone trying to loose weight.
Diet pills are a sure way to fail at dieting. Diet pills put a person into starvation and then eventually you will gouge out. The weight will come back on quickly. Diet Pills are not worth the agony they can bring. The only diets that work well are the ones where you eat moderately, stay off sugar and exercise daily. Excercise is the key to keeping weight off.
No, there is no diet pill that works. All diets to be effective must be coupled with exercise.
Several diet pills causes side effects that's why some people chose to take herbal products for tey are much safer.
