i assume it has to do with magnets, that you supposedly wear close to certain areas in your body, and the energy or magnetic tension created is supposed to help you lose weight.
Sounds silly to me

It's a weight loss program based on eating a balanced diet, energization exercises, meditation, and NLP (neuro linguistic programming). It focuses on how to control your cravings and the importance of building muscle. The food choices are based on whole foods that contain high levels of beneficial phytonurients, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It's also been called the popeye diet because your supposed to try and eat some spinach every day. You should read the book, it's on the website.

It's more of a lifestyle than a diet. It advocates meditation, affirmations, special isometrics called energization exercises, and mind control techniques for self discipline. If you only do 50% of what's in the book, you'll see a big change in your body and your outlook on life. You can read the book for free, but the package has additional material plus the meal plans.

This is actually one of the most sensible diets on the web. Here's the program in a nutshell:

Eat nutritious foods
Drink lots of water
Exercise
Breathe deeply throughout the day to help control cravings
Meditate for peace of mind
If that doesn't work, what will?

It's a weight loss program based on eating nutritious foods, exercise, and meditation. Why wouldn't that work?

Be careful with this diet, you might actually lose some weight ;-)
