I often eat chicken, but rarely eat beef. From a healthy aspect, am I missing any important vitamins or substances?

You should probably make sure you get your B vitamins from other sources, but you don't need a lot of beef for that, and you can get them from eggs and other sources (some vegetarian).

I know that beef and lamb have allot more iron in them.

I avoid pork personally... I eat meat based on IQ abuse... I don't eat animals smarter then my dog.

that said... I have heard that beef has iron in it.

Beef is an awesome thing to eat... but it is high in cholesterol so go easy on it in bulk.

low fat cuts are a great way to lose weight because beef is filling.

i don,t think so,most vitamines are not in meat anyway, when you eat enough vegetables and fruit,i wouldn't worry to much, and not too much out of the micro-wave!!that kills your food
